Me & My Wishes is a video intervention that aims to capture residents’ current and end-of-life care preferences in long-term care. This article describes the video production process for preference interviews with two residents and reports on resident and staff feedback on the interviews. Using a participatory action research approach, the investigator conducted structured conversations covering daily and end-of-life preferences. Positive responses from both residents and staff underscore the potential of Me & My Wishes to facilitate communication and decision-making. Implementation challenges include: possible changes in resident preferences over time and the need for resources to produce and view videos. Me & My Wishes videos offer a promising tool for promoting person-centered care in long-term care.
